These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration, international route connections, subscription management, and related user panel features provided by JrVPN. By visiting the website, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, stop activating or using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

JrVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, with routes covering 100+ countries / 160+ routes, and support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, and client access points are determined by the information displayed on the website and in the user panel at the time.

Connection performance may be affected by the user's location, local carrier, device operating system, target service status, network congestion, and other external conditions. JrVPN may update certain access points, nodes, or client configurations for route maintenance, security reasons, or service adjustments. Such changes do not alter the basic billing method of an activated plan.

Account and Subscription Rules

Users may register with a username and password without an email address. Users are responsible for protecting their account password, subscription links, and imported connection configurations. They must not publish, resell, rent, or share them with others. Users bear the risks arising from voluntarily disclosing credentials, using weak passwords, or retaining configurations on untrusted devices.

The service does not limit the number of devices connected at the same time, but this rule is intended for the account holder's use on devices under their management. It does not permit distribution to multiple people, commercial resale, or the creation of public sharing access points. If an account is used for bulk distribution, subscription resale, interference with route operations, or activity clearly beyond normal personal use, JrVPN may require the user to stop and take necessary measures, including restricting access or terminating the account.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the plan price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and applicable usage method before payment.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using JrVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and those applicable to the relevant services. They must not use the service for unlawful purposes or engage in conduct that infringes others' rights, damages network systems, distributes malicious software, accesses systems without authorization, or disrupts other users' normal connections.

Users are solely responsible for the content they access, transmit, or process. JrVPN is not involved in transactions between users and third-party websites or services and does not guarantee third-party content, policies, account decisions, or service results. If JrVPN receives a legally valid request, it will respond within the scope permitted by applicable law.

Service Availability and Limits of Responsibility

JrVPN maintains its routes, user panel, and related systems, but does not promise that every region, carrier, or third-party service will provide the same connection performance at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, upstream network changes, device settings, third-party service adjustments, and uncontrollable public network events may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some routes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JrVPN is not liable for losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, exposed credentials, third-party service suspension, or other matters outside the direct control of the service. Users should keep independent backups of important data and confirm the current connection status before making payments, submitting work, or carrying out other critical actions.

Refund Requests and Processing

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Users may submit a refund request through the user panel and provide the necessary information to identify the relevant order. Once accepted, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment channel; the actual arrival time depends on that channel's procedures.

Orders submitted after the period above are not eligible for the no-questions-asked refund arrangement under these terms. If applicable law provides otherwise, that law prevails. A refund request submitted before an account is restricted or terminated and meeting the requirements will still be reviewed and processed under these terms.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

Users may stop using the service. If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, credential sharing, system attacks, route interference, or attempts to avoid normal billing procedures, JrVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account based on the nature of the conduct. Whether notice can be provided before action depends on the urgency of the risk and applicable requirements.

JrVPN may update these terms in response to changes in service content, legal requirements, or operational processes. The updated version will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the service after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
