Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how JrVPN collects, uses, retains, and deletes data while providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Processing is limited to information needed to maintain accounts, deliver subscriptions, complete billing, keep the service running, and respond to user requests. By continuing to use the service, users acknowledge that they have read and understood these rules.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
No email address is required to create an account; users can establish an account with a username and password. JrVPN does not treat an email address as required registration information. The account system stores the username, encrypted authentication data, plan status, traffic usage, and necessary security status for login verification, subscription delivery, usage calculation, and account protection.
After a plan or traffic package transaction is completed, the system retains the order number, purchased item, payment channel, payable and paid status, refund status, and transaction result to verify orders, restore entitlements, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. When users visit marketing pages or the user panel, the system may also process page views, referring pages, browser and device categories, language preferences, and error information to check whether pages work properly and improve the user flow.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics
JrVPN does not record which websites users visit, retain web page content, search queries, or communications, or create long-term connection logs that could be used to reconstruct personal browsing activity. The subscription service processes only the information needed for network forwarding, route selection, and traffic measurement.
Connection start times, selected route regions, traffic consumption, and error types may be processed briefly during operation for route scheduling, subscription status checks, and troubleshooting. These operational data do not include destinations and are not retained as personal browsing history after real-time processing is complete. When users submit a support ticket with diagnostic information, the relevant excerpts are retained with the ticket until issue resolution and any necessary dispute handling are complete, then deleted or de-identified.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Access Statistics
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, session tokens, interface preferences, language selection, and necessary security markers. These items maintain user panel sessions, reduce repeated actions, and identify abnormal requests; they are not used to store records of the websites users visit.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some interface preferences will be lost, requiring users to log in again or make their selections again. Access statistics are used to understand page usage and investigate technical errors; where practical, statistical results are processed in aggregated or de-identified form and are not used to build personal browsing profiles.
Third-Party Payment Processing
JrVPN supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service or transaction network, and information submitted to a payment channel is governed by that channel's own privacy rules. JrVPN receives the transaction status, order identifier, payment channel, and amount result needed to deliver a completed order, but does not store complete payment credentials held by the payment service.
Payment channels may independently process transaction data for compliance, risk control, and dispute handling. Users should review the terms provided by the relevant channel before payment. After payment is completed, JrVPN updates plan, traffic package, refund, or order status solely according to the returned transaction result.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account remains in use; order and refund records are retained as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet necessary compliance obligations; access statistics and error records are retained only as long as needed for analysis, service operations, or troubleshooting. Once the processing purpose is fulfilled, relevant data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket entry in the user panel. JrVPN first verifies control of the account, then processes data eligible for deletion. Information still related to incomplete orders, refunds, disputes, security incidents, or necessary record-keeping obligations may not be deleted until the relevant matter ends; once the restriction is lifted, it will be handled under this policy.
Policy Updates and Scope
This policy may be updated when service procedures, data processing methods, or applicable requirements change. New versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, the website will explain the main changes through the user panel or other on-site notices.
This policy applies to data processing related to JrVPN marketing pages, the user panel, and subscription services. Information submitted through external websites, payment channels, or other independent services is handled by the respective service provider under its own rules and is outside JrVPN's direct control.
