Monthly plans and non-expiring data passes

Plans & Pricing and billing rules

Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data passes suit irregular use: they remain available until used and never expire. Listed prices, allowances, and processing rules match the user panel, so compare each option by usage frequency and monthly demand.

This page lists only the monthly plans and data passes provided in the fact sheet. It does not add quarterly, half-year, or annual tiers with unspecified prices. Monthly plans provide a fixed allowance per month, while data passes are not time-based. If you are unsure, first decide whether your use is continuous, then whether your data demand is concentrated.

MONTHLY PLANS

Monthly plan: resets each month on the activation date

The three monthly plans differ only in price and monthly data allowance. Every tier includes access to 100+ countries / 160+ routes and supports unlimited devices at once. Data does not reset on a fixed calendar date; the actual activation date starts each cycle, so a mid-month activation does not require waiting for the next calendar month.

Light Monthly

¥9.9/ month

60GB per month

Designed for web browsing, text communication, research, and occasional access to international services. The fixed 60GB monthly allowance suits clearly defined use cases and lighter video viewing. If you regularly stream high-bitrate content or transfer large files, compare the higher-data tiers first rather than changing plans midway through a cycle.

High-Data Monthly

¥28/ month

500GB per month

Suitable for longer video sessions, frequent cross-border file transfers, or maintaining a steady routine across multiple devices. The 500GB allowance also resets monthly on the activation date and does not roll over as permanent data. If your usage includes long gaps, compare the non-expiring data passes as well instead of looking only at the monthly allowance.

TRAFFIC PACKS

Data pass: use until depleted, never expires

Data passes do not create a new allowance each month and do not reset when a calendar month ends. They suit irregular use, long gaps, trips, temporary projects, or backup connections. All three data passes share the same validity rule; they differ in total data and price.

300GB Data Pass

¥158

300GB · Never Expires

A practical choice for occasional use or as a backup alongside a monthly plan. Data is deducted as used after purchase, with no fixed monthly reset date. If you mainly look up information occasionally, handle short-term tasks, or activate service only when needed, this tier makes total usage easier to manage.

1000GB Data Pass

¥358

1000GB · Never Expires

Suitable for individuals or multi-device setups that want to keep data available long term without using it continuously. The data remains valid during pauses and continues deducting from the remaining allowance when you return. Before choosing it, decide whether long-term retention matters more than a fixed monthly allowance.

INCLUDED

What’s included with every plan

Whether you choose a monthly plan or a data pass, you use the same route coverage, platform access, and account system. The main differences are billing method, data allowance, and price; there is no need to purchase separately for different operating systems.

Unlimited devices at once

One account can stay online on an unlimited number of devices at once, making it suitable for computers, tablets, and everyday mobile devices. For better visibility into usage, assign suitable routes to different devices instead of having every device run high-data tasks at the same time.

100+ countries / 160+ routes

Plans provide access to a network spanning 100+ countries and 160+ routes. When choosing a route, consider more than geographic distance: factor in the target service’s region, current network conditions, and your use case. If routes change, update the subscription in the client and choose again.

Five platform options

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Get the client and subscription from the user panel; the marketing page does not provide static installers or live subscription URLs. After activating a plan, follow the import process for the relevant platform.

Streaming and international services

Routes can be used for international websites, streaming content, and online tools. Different platforms assess access based on exit region, account region, and content licensing, so choose a region that matches the target service first, then check whether the displayed content meets expectations.

User panel and support tickets

The user panel handles plan selection, order checks, subscription access, and ticket submission in one place. For payment status, plan changes, or refund questions, keep your order details and submit them through the panel so the same record can be reviewed.

Username and password registration

No email address is required; register with a username and password. Use your credentials to access the user panel and manage your subscription, and keep them secure. Do not forward subscription details to unrelated people, as this can affect data management and future use.

COMPARE

Plan comparison: choose by usage pattern

When comparing plans, check first whether data resets monthly, then compare the allowance and price. Monthly plans suit ongoing use; data passes suit intermittent use. The table below shows confirmed billing facts only and does not infer unavailable cycles, discounts, or extra benefits.

Plan Price Data Reset or validity Devices Best for
Light Monthly ¥9.9 / month 60GB per month Resets monthly on the activation date Unlimited Browsing, research, and light use
Standard Monthly ¥18 / month 250GB per month Resets monthly on the activation date Unlimited Daily collaboration, streaming, and multiple devices
High-Data Monthly ¥28 / month 500GB per month Resets monthly on the activation date Unlimited Ongoing video and heavier file transfers
300GB Data Pass ¥158 300GB Use until depleted, never expires Unlimited Occasional use and backup connections
1000GB Data Pass ¥358 1000GB Use until depleted, never expires Unlimited Long-term retention with intermittent use
3000GB Data Pass ¥658 3000GB Use until depleted, never expires Unlimited Concentrated, periodic use and high-capacity needs

Choosing for ongoing use

If you need cross-border access every week, a monthly plan makes budgeting more predictable. When choosing a monthly allowance, account for video, file syncing, and multiple devices—not just web browsing. The allowance resets at the cycle point set by your activation date; unused data does not become permanent.

Choosing for irregular use

If usage gaps are long, or you connect to international routes only during trips or project delivery, a data pass makes unused allowance easier to retain. It does not add new data monthly, so assess the total allowance against your long-term plan rather than treating it like an automatically replenished monthly subscription.

PAYMENT

Payment methods and order checks

JrVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment options appear in the order flow inside the user panel; the marketing page does not collect payment information. Before checkout, verify the plan name, data allowance, billing method, and order amount, then choose a payment channel.

After paying, return to the user panel to check the order status, then open the subscription and client download area. If the payment page is complete but the order has not updated, do not create duplicate orders. Keep the relevant record and submit a ticket with the selected plan and payment method for review.

Alipay

Choose the relevant option on the order checkout page and verify the order amount.

WeChat Pay

Return to the user panel after payment to check the order status.

USDT

Complete payment using the information shown on the order page and keep the order record.

REFUND

7-day refund policy

JrVPN offers a 7-day refund policy with no reason required. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, select the relevant order, and describe your refund request. Order details must match the payment record so the plan, amount, and status can be verified.

After submitting, check replies in the same ticket instead of creating multiple requests for one order. If the plan was upgraded during the period, note both the current and original plans so they can be checked against the order record. Refund information is governed by this page, the Terms of Use, and the order details in the user panel.

BILLING FAQ

Billing and refunds: frequently asked questions

This section explains monthly resets, data-pass validity, plan upgrades, payments, and refunds. Review these rules before choosing a plan to reduce adjustments caused by different interpretations of billing.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the plan’s activation date, rather than on a fixed calendar-month schedule. Check your subscription status in the user panel and plan monthly usage from the activation date. If you activate mid-month, the current cycle starts on the actual activation date.

Do data passes reset each month?

No. The 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB data passes remain valid until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular use or keeping backup data long term. Data passes do not automatically add a new allowance each month.

How are monthly plan upgrades handled?

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before upgrading, verify the new plan, current cycle, and displayed settlement in the user panel, then confirm the change. If the settlement is unclear, submit a ticket for review first.

Can I request a refund after purchase?

JrVPN offers a 7-day refund policy with no reason required. To request one, open a ticket in the user panel and provide the relevant order details for review and processing. For one order, continuing in the same ticket is recommended.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are currently supported. Use the payment options listed on the order page in the user panel, and recheck the plan name and amount before paying.

Do I need an email address to open an account?

No email address is required; register with a username and password. Afterward, use the user panel to choose a plan, review orders, and access your subscription. Keep your credentials and subscription details secure.
