Service Focus
Route requirements vary by region, network provider, and destination. JrVPN provides cross-border network access across 100+ countries and 160+ routes for international websites, remote work, online tools, and everyday browsing. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported, with unlimited devices connected under one subscription.
Plans include monthly subscriptions that reset each month and traffic packages that never expire. Choose based on usage frequency and data needs, without committing to one billing model for occasional use. Registration requires only a username and password—no email address needed.
Operating Principles
Choose a route based on the destination you need to access, rather than its name alone. Nearby routes are generally suitable for everyday browsing, while routes in the destination service’s region are better for location-specific content. If performance changes, try another route in the same region, then check whether the client subscription has updated.
For connection or subscription issues, first confirm your account and plan status, then check the subscription import, client settings, and current route. If you need further help, submit a ticket through the user panel. Monthly subscriptions reset each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the remaining days are calculated from the price difference. Payments qualify for a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.
Privacy Approach
JrVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the websites users access. Data is handled according to data minimization principles, using only what is necessary for account identification, subscription delivery, order processing, and support. Subscription links are account credentials and should be kept secure; if a link is exposed, update the relevant credentials in the user panel.
